Join us for an empowering, skill-building self-defense experience led by Master Kyle Phillips, with more than 3 decades of experience, Master Phillips is a 2x Taekwondo National Gold Medalist, a former U.S. National Team member, who currently holds his 6th Degree Black Belt.
What to Expect
This dynamic, hands-on class is designed to give you practical, effective skills that you can use immediately. Master Phillips will guide you through real-world self-defense concepts, emphasizing proper technique, situational awareness, and confidence-building strategies.
Participants should come prepared to move, practice, and actively engage throughout the session. Comfortable workout clothing and willingness to try new skills are highly recommended!
