Runner’s Self-defense seminar

We are welcoming 2x Taekwondo National Gold Medalist and 6th Degree Black Belt, Master Kyle Phillips to demonstrate self defense for runners. He will brings over 3 decades of experience to show you how to defend yourself if you find yourself in a potentially dangerous situation. 

This will be an active, hands-on class, so come prepared to move, learn, and practice your new skills. Even if you’ve taken a self-defense class before, Master Phillips will help you build on your previously learned skills and push your abilities to the next level.

Triathlon Swim Training | Group Swim Practice for Endurance Athletes

Join Empire State Endurance’s triathlon swim training sessions designed for beginner to intermediate endurance athletes. Whether you're training for your first sprint triathlon or working toward an Ironman, our small group swim practices focus on improving your freestyle technique, endurance, breath control, and open water preparation.

Tuesdays (6:30-8:30pm) and Sundays (9:00-11:00am)
Only $25 per session or $175 for 8 sessions
